Construction Administration

 

During the construction period we attend at the project site and review the work being carried out to ensure that it is in general accord with our drawings and specifications. We promptly resolve any problems caused by site conditions and provide any required responses to the landlord or building department.

Construction Administration services we offer include:

  • Coordinating our services with your electrical, mechanical and structural engineers
  • Assembling all of the construction documentation and preparing tender instructions
  • Tendering of construction to general contractors for competitive bids
  • Assistance with the selection of a general contractor
  • Providing consultation to the general contractor during the construction period
  • Attending site meetings during the construction period
  • Issuing change notices
  • Review of contractor's invoices for payment
